• All returns must be requested via e-mail within 14 days of receiving your order. Any requests for refunds or exchanges outside of this period will not be processed.
• Products must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags still attached. Returns that do not meet these conditions will be rejected.
• For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on swimsuits or personal items that have been worn, used, or washed.
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow up to 14 working days for your refund to be processed after we receive the returned item.
• We reserve the right to refuse a refund if items are returned in a damaged or unsellable condition.

Great costume for a chilly dipper!
I’ve been looking for something a little brighter after swimming most of the winter season in a black costume. This was just the right amount of ‘colour pop’ required. Very comfortable and great material thickness where required. Ordered online so was unsure of sizing - I’m smaller on the top than the bottom and Andi sent me both sizes to try. Delighted that I ended up with the smaller of the two! Already had plenty of compliments which has given me a real confidence boost.
