• All returns must be requested via e-mail within 14 days of receiving your order. Any requests for refunds or exchanges outside of this period will not be processed.
• Products must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags still attached. Returns that do not meet these conditions will be rejected.
• For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on swimsuits or personal items that have been worn, used, or washed.
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow up to 14 working days for your refund to be processed after we receive the returned item.
• We reserve the right to refuse a refund if items are returned in a damaged or unsellable condition.

This swimsuit will be the best thing you purchase! I absolutely love it, super soft material and it felt amazing to swim in. I cant wait to get the other designs. Andi has been so helpful as we are training for an english channel swim and this OTA suit is compliant with the swim. The whole ethos of this company is amazing. Super fast delivery, and the swim suit itself is very quick drying. Plenty of room in the suit it even flattened my mum tum and got lots of compliments at the pool about it.
